After you book the consult, we will verify your ID to make sure you are 18 years or older, please have it ready. You will then complete a short intake form to confirm your medical background, current medications, and key health details.

Consultations are delivered by Ahpra-registered medical practitioners via telehealth. Your doctor will call you at your appointment time, review your history and goals, and create a personalised treatment plan. If we’re unable to help, we’ll explain why and issue a full refund.

You will receive access to your personal patient portal, where you can view your treatment plan. Your doctor will discuss appropriate treatment options based on your clinical assessment. This may include behavioural strategies, approved pharmacotherapy (medicines), or other evidence-based approaches. Where a prescription is issued, medicines are dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy. You may choose your preferred pharmacy.
